Healthy After School Snacks For Kids

Kids are exhausted when they come back from school their body needs a meal full of nutrients in order to function well for the rest of the day children often exercise throughout the day therefore they need a good meal to function well till dinner.
many parent have problems in finding good foods to serve their children with after school well that might be not a problem anymore in this article i will give you a list of ideas on how to serve your child with a healthy meal after school to ensure maximum nutrient benefits for your child to have.
Cereals:
There are many different types of healthy cereals there that can alone provide your chilkd with full nutrient benefits to function well for the rest of the day the healythiest cereal that is proven to be high in fiber, high in protein, vitamins and other essential nutrients is muesli it is a cereal that is made with different types of dried fruits such as dates, apples and bananas that are mixed with oats and nuts to provide protein and energy muesli is also rich in fiber which is healthy for the digestive system it will also help softening your child stool and keeping him full till dinner.
Cereal bars:
Cereals bars is another great idea and a great food to serve your child with make sure that you read the label bar and take the one that is full of essential nutrients that your child requires.
Fruit Mix:
What about fruit salad or fruit mix if you don’t have time to serve your child with a meal try keeping a healthy fruit mix in the fridge ready for you if you don’t have time to prepare meals try fruits that your child loves.
Cookies:
If you don’t have time or no food we will not say that cookies is full of nutrients and has many benefits but we can say that at least it beats a candy bar try making your own baked oatmeal cookie.
Planning after school snacks for your children is seriously important and must be done if you want to ensure that your child stay’ healthy and in good fit if your child is over weight don’t try to starve him just reduce the amount of calories he intakes per day and include low fat food’s in his meals but remember that you should first consult a doctor before you do so.
