What Should Your Kids Meal Contain?

The health of your child is all what matters you should know what is good for your child to eat and what’s bad for him to eat most kids are over weight because of un balanced diet and no care from parents but if you do care about your child then you must give him a balanced diet rich in all neccessary nutrients for his health and his well being.

Am not saying that you child should not get near sweets i am saying that he should have control on him self one candy bar a day should do it but not mor then two candy bars kids love candies but you must control them from the beginning and you should get them used to one candy bar a day.

Your kid’s main meals are break fast, mid day meal at shcool, after school meal and dinner all his foods must contain a little from the neccessary and healthy nutrients here are some nutrients that you should add to his meal:

100% Fresh Juice:

your should should be served at least once a day with 100% fresh juice i love doing my own fresh one at home but you can get a 100% fresh juice at the supermarket but it would be better if it was fresh at home.

Fiber:

Fiber is a healthy nutrient that helps in softening and bulkiness of the stool therefore the stool passes easily and thoroughly.

Protein:

Protein is the most important nutrient that your child should get but not too much protein helps the growth of the human body a body it helps the growth of the muscle and the growth of the whole body the nails, hair, skin and all parts of the body you can find protein in many types of food such as red meat, tuna, fish, checked, egg, cheese, steak, beans, milk, yogurt and many others your child’s main meals should contain proteins.

Vegetables and Fruits:

Vegetables and fruits are important for your child and has many health benefits it prevents cancer and other health problems it promotes the healthy growth and contain fibers and other essential nutrients that the human body needs green vegetables and leafy vegetables are very recommended for your child.

The only thing you need to make sure is that your child takes a balanced diet not a messy diet and he should be perfectly fine try to include as much vegetables and fruits in his diet fruits also have natural sweetness which children love.
