Eating Healthy For A Healthy Life Syle
Eating healthy is the key to a healthy life style you this doesn’t mean that you have to stick with a particular diet and follow it’s rules carefully this means that you need to know what’s healthy for you and what is not you don’t need to reorganize all your food pattern all you have to do is to replace your sweets and sugary drinks with healthy drinks and foods such as fruits and water.
Many people are sick of following their diet rules they are sick of drinking water, milk 100% fresh juice all the time but you don’t have to if you know what’s healthy for you and what’s not am not telling that you should avoid soft drinks and junk food completely, i am telling you to stay away from them as far as you could like eating junk food once in a week to satisfy yourself but not recommended more then once a week.
One good idea for people who like sweets is to replace their sweet cravings for fruits, fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, black berries, and kiwi have their own natural sweetness and are healthy for your body so try replacing your candy bars with a mix of your favorite sweet fruits.
As i said you must know what’s good for you and what’s not in order to have a successful healthy life style here are some healthy foods for you:
- Green Vegetables.
- Leafy vegetables such as spinach, lettuce.
- lean turkey, meat.
- Milk, Low fat milk, soy milk.
- Healthy cereals such as muesli.
- Dried fruits and nuts.
- Oily ocean fish.
- Healthy cooking oils such as canola and olive oil.
And at the same time here are foods that are not healthy for you and you body:
- Sugared Sodas.
- Deep fried foods.
- Cakes, donuts and other sweets.
- Processed launch meats.
- Greased snack chips.
- Frozen friend chicken, fish fingers and corn.
In order to be healthy you are going to need to know what is good and what is not good for you so now you have learned what’s good and what’s not so you will need to practice on changing to a healthy life style you can do that by reducing the amount of junk food you take clearing your house from all sweets if you are craving for sweets get a high quality chocolate bar and enjoy it but don’t bring it home if you love to eat and watch TV include some low calorie pop corn or enjoy fruits while watching TV by this way you will control your weight and you will maintain your health.
