Cinnamon is a healthy type of food that is grown as a form of tree in India, Vietnam, Brazil and Egypt.

Cinnamon is very easy to prepare you can add it to your morning coffee or to your nights chocolate all you have to do is add the cinnamon stick and steep add a sweetener if desired and drink i am sure you will love the taste if it’s spice.

Cinnamon can also be used in cooking, cinnamon had been proven to have different types of health benefits for the body it was used in traditional Chinese to cure and prevent different types of sickness including nausea, morning sickness, upper chest heat and leg coldness if you drink a cup of cinnamon tea in the morning you will notice a big difference if you suffer from one of these problems.

Cinnamon has also been used in painful menstrual periods for women cinnamon had also shown to reduce the level of body cholesterol and used to treat people with diabetes.

Taking cinnamon before taking to your doctor is bad idea because cinnamon can dip your blood glucose levels down and this may not sound good for some people so remember to take your doctors opinion as your first opinion.

Another benefit of cinnamon is that it has an anti blood cutting substance so it prevents blood clotting if you can take 1 tbl spoon of cinnamon and with 1 tbl spoon of honey before having breakfast it will prevent from arthritis for 1 week and sometimes even a full month.

When adding cinnamon to your food it helps in preventing food spoilage and  helps preventing bacterial growth making it a natural food preservative another study had proven that smelling cinnamon boosts memory and brain function.

Cinnamon is also rich in essential nutrients that are needed in the human body to function well such as fiber, protein, calcium and iron so it is very healthy for the body and provides all the needed nutrients.

Eating cinnamon or adding cinnamon to your tea, coffee or food first thing in the morning or in the breakfast will help prevent from many type of diseases and you will feel more healthy then ever make sure that you take a fresh cinnamon or you can take cinnamon tablet if you like but i recommend taking fresh cinnamon for more and maximum health benefits although tablets are more easier to take then fresh ones.
