We can icnlude olive oil in many different forms of foods we can include olive oil in our cookings we can include in our morning bread just pour some olive oil in a bowl and drip the bread with some oil you can also add olive oil into your salad mix i recommend adding olive oil in lots of lettuce and green leafy vegetables it gives it a very good and pleasing taste you can also pour olive oil into potatoes and other different types of vegetables.

A recent stduy had proved that there is a great link between olive oil and cancer especially colon cancer study had shown that rats that are are fed with a diet rich of olive oil had a lower risk of developing colon cancer recent studies had also hwon a great link between olive oil and breast cancer it had been proven that there is a certain type of mineral in the fats of olive oil which can prevent the rapid growth of cancer tumors in the breast.

Olive oil has also many other benefits that we didn’t mention here olive oil can be used in many forms and has many benefits it can be used for moisturuizing you can use it to moisturuize your body it will give it a nice and good looking glowing skin and you can use it in your hair it can moisturize and provide healthy minerals for your hair if you are trying to be healthy then including olive oil in your diet is essential to provide the healthy fats that the body is looking for.
