Weight gaining for skinny guys is important or a good and even better look but when gaining weight you must use the healthy way to gain weight you can gain weight by eating more ice cream but that’s not the right way the best thing is to gain weight the healthy way by building muscles for a better look.

Building muscles is important if you want to gain weight you will need to add more protein and more nutrients to your diet in order to build muscle and more importantly you should eat more and include more protein in your diet plan.

After you take care of your diet you must organize your workout times with no workouts you can’t build muscles you don’t have to go to the gym you can use your own body as a gym and you can buy a few dumbells the most important thing is nutrition her is a list of food that you should include in your meals for building muscles:

Spinach:

Spinach are great for preventing muscle and bone loss but it also helps in preventing heart and cancer disease because it is a high nutrient profile.

Berries:

Are great and healthy antioxidants try having fresh berries or i suggest having frozen berries mixed with oatmeal.

Yogurt:

Contains nutrients that boosts your gastrointestinal health get plan yogurt do not get frozen yogurt or yogurt with fruits at the bottom just get plan low fat yogurt and add berries and flax seeds.

Green Tea:

Green tea is a very strong antioxidant it prevents cancer, skin problems reduce blood sugar and help boost blood circulation and clears toxins out of body i recommend having green tea at morning instead of usual coffee.

Your meals should consist of more protein more fruits and more nutrients and minerals and you should also do some workouts eat every 3 hours and have 2 cups of water with every meal is suggest one before eating and one after.
