There are more over weight people in the US then any other country this is because most people in the US are not aware of their unbalanced diet and they end up over weight and they are looking for a way to get back to their good health and fitness but it is never too late you can be healthy and fit again if you work hard, exercise and eat a balanced diet.
There are vertain type of foods and beverages that if you can include in your diet it will be very helpful and will help you lose weight just remember that you need to have a balanced diet and eat 4-5 healthy medium meals daily this will increase your metabolism thererfore more calorie burning even during rest time here are certain types of food and beverages that you should include in your diet:
Tomatoes:
In fact tomatoes are not just helping you in losing weight but it also helps keep your blood on flow in it has many vitamins and minerals that are essential in your body and they are low in calorie i suggest including tomatoes in your main meals.
Green leaf vegetables, Lettuce:
Green leafy vegetables are very good for your health they help by making you full and they are low in calories they are also tasty to include in your meal i include lettuce in every one of my meals add some berries, lemon to your lettuce to give more taste i suggest not using sauces as they are high in calories when having your meal put a big pieces of lettuce beside you.
Chicken And Turkey:
Chicken turkey are a great choice for weight loss if prepared properly because they are low in fat and high in protein so they are a great source of protein and are good for your health.
Berries:
berries are a good on or source of natural sweat i recommend adding berries to your salad collection or adding berries to your low fat yogurt with sliced almonds.
Water:
water is a great way to satisfy your thirst and lose weight at the same time whenever you feel the craving of junk food or junk drinks just fill up a glass of water and drink it will make you feel full and will satisfy your cravings water also helps cleaning your body from toxins therefore it is good and necessary for your overall health a human being requires at least 8 glass of water in order to function well for the rest of the day iw woudl recommend 10 glasses of water per day for more effectiveness.
If you follow a good diet plan and include water and the foods i listen above yo will boost your metabolism and you will notice a big change in your weight and you will start losing more weight.
