The importance Of Fiber In Our Diet

Fiber is a very healthy nutrient that can help the human body in many ways i assume that you heard about fibers in TV, Commercials and Internet because only in the recent years the health benefits of fiber were discovered.
Fiber helps the human body in allot of ways it prevents certain diseases, lower your body cholesterol levels and keep your weight under control fiber absorbs allot of water from the boil so it makes the stool allot bulky and softer and very easy to pass through.
Recent studies had proved that there is a strong relationship between fiber and the prevention of colon cancer fiber helps the food to pass through the body faster therefore gives no time on the unhealthy substances in the food to effect the colon so fiber makes a big different in colon cancer.
There are two types of fibers and they are soluble and insoluble fibers both of them have their own benefits and both of them are healthy the insoluble fiber doesn’t dissolve ready water but it has benefits.
Soluble fiber are found in citrus fruits such as oranges, apples, lemon a vegetables studies had also shown
that a certain type of soluble fiber called beta glucan help reduce the cholesterol level in the blood therefore a reduces risk of heart disease.
Adding fiber also helps your lower your blood sugar rate therefore which is important of reducing the risk of diabetes and if you are a diabetic adding fiber to your diet will help you allot and you will see a big difference.
Fiber is a very important nutrient and is very important to include to your diet there are many sources of fiber that you can eat or if you need more fiber you can have fiber tablets instead but i recommend fiber from natural sources.
You can find fiber in whole grains, citurus fruits such as oranges, apples and lemon and blackberries which contain the most fiber in fruits you can find fiber in whole weat pasta whole grains and break fast cereals such as muesli which are very rich in fiber pumpkins are a good source of fiber too.
Putting both soluble and insoluble fibers in your diet is very important for a good and a healthy life style every person has his own requerements of fiber i suggest asking your doctor because he knows what bests for you and i recommend including fibers with every meal throughout the day it doesn’t requere to be rich in fiber but with minimum fiber.
