Drinking 8 Glasses Of Water Per Day

Recent studies had proved that a human body needs at least 8 glasses of water per day in order to function properly and work healthily water is a very important nutrient that every living thing needs with no water there is no life, life runs through water nearly 80% of the human body is water and if our body doesn’t get it’s required amount of water it will store the water in order to function for the rest of the day but that’s wrong your body needs to be in a constant contact with water.
Water helps the body in many ways by flushing toxins out of the body and flushing unwanted stored fat this means more weight loss it works on flushing all unwanted chemicals and fats in the body.
Drinking 8 glasses of water per day may sound hard for beginners but at practicing you will get used to it if you are a beginner here is some tips to help your get started with your first 8 glasses of water today:
Keep 8 glasses of water in the fridge and make sure you finish each one of them before you go to bed this helps you remember how many glasses you drank this day so prepare all the glasses before drinking.
Organize your water drinking time table for example here is one thing I do, I have a glass of water before and after each meal this will help make you feel full for a longer time and this is great for not consuming much food.
Let’s take the easy road here what about taking a big jug of water that equals to 8 glasses of water to work and you can put it beside your table and fill yourself whenever you feel thirsty this way it would be easy to know that you drank 8 glasses of water in the day.
Always keep a backup water bottle with you to use it anywhere a bottle of water equals to 2 glasses of water therefore if you can drink 4 a day you can make it so keep a 4 bottles of water always with you in the table in case you got thirsty or something.
Your can sweeten your water by adding a slice of lemon or a slice of orange if you like.
Drink water before and after your exercising session this helps in cleaning up the extra fats and toxins.
Always keep an extra bottle of water with you in the laundry, when watching TV and don’t forget to use the bottle again!
